Our stories and articles challenge worn-out perceptions of aging and offer a dynamic new vision: Aging is good, let\u2019s celebrate and embrace this stage of life, and let\u2019s age together with confidence.<\/p>\n<h2>Who We Are<a href=\"https:\/\/3rdactmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Starr_Marshall_Publisher.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11669 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/3rdactmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Starr_Marshall_Publisher.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"299\" height=\"268\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Victoria Marshall, is the editor and co-founder of <em>3rd Act Magazine.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>After building a successful a career in publishing and retiring at a relatively young age, she re-engaged in an encore business; one that leveraged her accumulated knowledge and business experience, and is reflected in our current juncture in life.<\/p>\n<p>Victoria is a boomer with a parent in their 80\u2019s and is facing important questions and challenges that are shared by thousands: how to age well, how to help our parents make some tough decisions and transitions, and how to live fulfilling lives as older adults.<\/p>\n<p>At 3rd Act Magazine,\u00a0 our writers and contributors are experts and progressive thinkers in all matters related to navigating this stage of our lives. Our website, expands on these themes and provides timely articles, a forum, links and valuable resources. All of which makes <em>3rd Act Magazine<\/em> a timely and important resource.<\/p>\n<p>Like it or not, we are all getting older and will one day, very soon, find that we <em>are<\/em> the Elders.
